By downloading and using Afterset, you agree to these terms of service. If you don't agree to these terms, don't use the app.

Description of Service

Afterset is a local-first strength training tracker for iOS. The app provides workout logging, muscle fatigue tracking, and exercise recommendations. All data processing happens on your device. There are no cloud services, no user accounts, and no subscriptions.

License and Access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use Afterset on your device. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code; redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the app; or circumvent any technical protections in the app.

User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your data entries
  • You are responsible for backing up your device and data
  • You understand the app is a tool, not a coach or medical professional
  • You will not use Afterset for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Intellectual Property

The Afterset app, including its design, code, algorithms, and content, is owned by the developer and protected by copyright.

You retain full ownership of the workout data you log in the app. You own your data.

Not Medical Advice

Afterset is a training tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical or coaching advice. Always consult with a qualified physician, coach, or trainer before starting any new training program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.

Fitness Risks

Physical training carries inherent risks of injury. You assume all responsibility and risk for your training decisions and physical activities. The developer is not liable for injuries, soreness, or any other consequences of your training.

"As Is" Provision

Afterset is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, or error-free. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for:

  • Injuries or harm resulting from your training
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Inaccurate recommendations
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

The maximum liability of the developer shall be limited to the amount you paid for the app (if any).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of Afterset or violation of these terms.

Termination

You can stop using Afterset at any time by deleting the app. No account cancellation or ongoing obligations.

The developer reserves the right to discontinue Afterset or any part of it at any time. Upon discontinuation, this license automatically terminates.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ireland.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through app updates or this page. Your continued use of Afterset after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
